INSURANCE - We feel this is a must, as all your house deposits
and final payments are non refundable. We offer CSA with pride. Request

TRAINS,
PLANES, AND HOTELS - We use Travel Express in New York City for
all of these needs and suggest you contact them directly at travexpres@aol.com
or call 718-797-9300 and ask for Laurie Howell. Tell her you are our client and
have your travel dates handy. She can book anywhere you wish to go, as Travel
Express is a full-service agency. Laurie and her partner Ray Howell travel in
Europe 3 or 4 times a year to inspect the hotels they are recommending.
CATERING IN ITALY - Vieri Salvadori
will come to your villa or casa and serve anywhere from 8 to 50 people for one
