Living Space

The Old Tower: There are two large living rooms with arched windows looking into the valley; there is a further sitting room on the middle floor with a fireplace. Between this sitting room and one of the bedrooms is a small kitchenette with sink, fridge, etc…

Haybarn: The kitchen is in this building with all modern conveniences and there is a dining room with a 300 year old wooden table which seats 16. There is a half bathroom on the ground floor and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

*There is a glass passageway between the Old Tower and the Haybarn and there is an outside table for al fresco dining which seats 20 and has a beautiful sunset views.

Guesthouse: Small kitchen and sitting area with a sofa & table.

Household Amenities

The kitchen has two ovens, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cellar, induction and 8-burner range, professional dishwasher, air conditioning in all buildings, screens on all windows, custom furnishings selected just for this restoration. Flat screen TV with satellite, DVD player, iPod dock, security alarm, safe and telephone system, which allows room-to-room communication, free WiFi.

Outside Features

Infinity pool (32’ x 13’), Jacuzzi, outside shower, gas barbeque, oodles of outside gathering spaces. Off of the living room there is a covered outside sitting area overlooking the pool.

Other Features:

Maid service 2-3 hours on Tuesday (w/towel change), on Thursday and final cleaning included. Extra cleaning, cooking service and cooking lessons can be arranged at an extra cost per hour. Air conditioning is included and heat is extra. No pets please.
