Beds and Baths (sleeps 12)

There are six bedrooms and 6 baths all about the same size and all with private baths. Antique hanging, beautiful bed linens and each with specific color themes. Each suite has a hair dryer, bath robes or shower wraps and slippers.

1. 1.Pink room with private terrace, queen bed, bath with shower and marble sink.
2. 2.White room with a crown over the queen bed, showered bath and two sinks

3. 3.Blue room with a queen bed, bath with shower and oversized sink.
4. 4.Bright rose room with a king bed, crown over the bed, bath with shower, marble sink and beautiful linens.
5. 5.Green room has a door to a terrace and a queen bed with a crown and toile fabric wall coverings. Special attention should be paid to the hand knotted 110 year old Liberty of London window covering which is in absolutely perfect condition. The bath has a shower with a marble sink.
6. 6.The smallest bedroom features mixed flowers, opens on to a terrace, has a bath with a corner shower and stones imbedded on the floor and the shower floor. There is a vessel sink.

There is an additional bath with shower near the dining room and another full bath is located at the pool level but in the house.

Living Space

There are many entrances to this house, but let’s start at the main entrance. A sitting area dressed in lavender and pink has a working fireplace, an adjacent second sitting room in lime green with a card table and exquisite antique furnishings. This room opens onto a huge terrace with a gazobo. The dining room opens onto a terrace on either side of the house. The kitchen is just beyond the dining room with all the mod cons.

Household Amenities

All bedrooms have air conditioning and have remote control wands. There is a 5 burner stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large screen satellite TV, DVD. CD, WiFi and portable phone. Most all windows and doors have screens. There is a washing machine, dryer and iron and ironing board

Outside Features

The property is totally fenced, has extensive lawns, flower and herb gardens, a landscaped pool area, multiple terraces on both the north and south facing sides of the house. There are also curtains on one of the terraces to shade the terrace from too much sun or rain. The garden, pool and antique statuary is lighted. The pool area has sun loungers, umbrellas, and bright pink towels. There is a solar heated shower near the pool plus a full shower and toilet area in the lowest area of the house On the kitchen/living room level there is an outside kitchen with stove, BBQ, pizza oven and sink.. Also at this level is a ping-pong table.

Cleaning 2 hours a day, 5 days a week Cook possible for breakfast and dinner, but not lunch Pre-arrival grocery shopping This house is not suitable for children under 12 years old. Also included are electricity up to 500 KW, exceeding that amount is .42 will be charged per KW and a welcome basket, Food shopping 15 euro per hour, extra maid service 15 euro per hour, cook possible at 130 euro per day. Please be advised there are staff quarters at the edge of the property. Antique market in Arezzo every first Saturday and Sunday each month. Car service, guided tours, wine and oil tasting, cooking lessons, museum bookings.

Location/Where to Go

Small grocer in Indicatore 2km, Cortona 25 Km, Arezzo 8 km, Siena and Chianti 45 Km, Perugia 1 hour, Florence 1 ½ 1, Rome 2 hours.. Good train service to Florence and Rome from Arezzo.
