bathroom across the hall offering a huge claw foot tub with hand-held
shower, double sinks and a stall shower. Another twin bedroom with
frescoed walls and bathroom across the hall with hydro-massage and
separate shower, king master bedroom with adjacent bathroom with huge
shower, jacuzzi tub and double sinks, 6th bedroom in tower suite next
door has a king bedroom and a small bathroom with shower. There is also
a half bathroom near the dining room.

Two grand reception areas each
with working fireplaces, a library with fireplace, fabulous dining room
with fireplace, an eat-in, fully built-in kitchen, and a library and
map room.
Household Amenities
Fabulous art, satellite TV,
dial-up internet service with converter plugs, 6-burner stove, double
marble sink in kitchen, built-in grill, large fridge with water in
door, fax machine, bathrobes, air conditioning, safe, hairdryers,
washing machine and pool towels.
Outside Features
A lovely 13th century chapel
dedicated to Saint Bartholomew, a 32'5" x 16'2" pool open from June 1
to September 30 is on the bastion at a lower level. The views are long
and heavenly. There is dramatic lighting of the castello, tower and
pool.
Other Features
The tower building next to the
castello has a sitting area with fireplace and a roof terrace with
breathtaking views. This is a very private suite for the couple that
wants the extra bit of privacy. Maid service 3 hours each morning
(excluding Sunday). A welcome dinner is provided and breakfast prepared
all days but Sunday. Cook and grocery shopping 10 per hour, heating is
extra, electricity over the first 300 kilowatts is extra, security
deposit 3000.
