Beds and Baths: (sleeps 12)

Two queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers, a twin bedroom (beds can be joined) with bathroom with tub & glass shower, 2 queen bedrooms with bathroom with tub & shower (they can connect for suite) and another queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub only. There is also a half bathroom on the ground floor. All bedrooms have at least a small sitting area.

Living Space:

There is a large reception area, which can also be used as a living room. There is also a second floor sitting room that has a sofa bed and full bathroom for an occasional guest. There is a television room, a dining room with a domed ceiling and a kitchen with a large table, great for cooks.

Household Amenities:

Air conditioning, music system, Wi-Fi internet service, terracotta floors, ice machine, telephone, fax machine, satellite TV, 4-burner stove, fridge/freezer and many small appliances such as a cappuccino maker, mixer & a meat slicer. There is no washer & dryer as they have a hired service.

Outside Features

Floodlit pool just steps from the house and a table & chairs for al fresco dining.

Other Features

Concierge service available at an hourly rate, chef available at an additional charge (all food/groceries/provisions for the meals is extra), local tours can be arranged, 1-day laundry service, bikes, babysitter, wine tasting can be arranged, massage therapy possible. A housekeeper will service bedrooms and ground floor reception rooms twice a week and more if needed at an additional cost.

Location/Where to Go

Lucca 10 minutes, seaside 30 minutes, Florence 1 hour by car or train, Siena 1.5 hours, Pisa 30 minutes, Lerici port 40 minutes.
