Alloro (sleeps 4):

One bedroom with queen bed and a door to the outside and a bathroom in the hall with shower. This unit is on 2 floors; upstairs there is a living room, fireplace and a queen bedroom with bathroom with stall shower. Outside sitting area also included. The kitchen has a dishwasher, two burners, an oven and a table & chairs.

Prezzomolo (sleeps 2): Queen bedded room, bathroom with shower and a small kitchen/dining area with 2-burner stove, oven and dishwasher. The sitting area has a couch and fireplace. From the bedroom there is a door to the outside. This apartment is on the ground floor.

Gelsomeno (sleeps 4+1): This unit offers a covered porch with sensational views and chunky wicker furniture with thickly padded seats. The kitchen has a small freezer, table and chairs, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, fireplace and washed brick floors. Three steps separate the sleeping area from the living area. There is a twin/king bedroom with hallway bathroom with shower. In this bedroom there is a TV and a single bed in a box (best suited for a child). There is also a twin/king bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. There are wooden floors in the bedrooms and white washed cotto bricks elsewhere.

Rosmarino (sleeps 2): This is located in one of the quietest areas. There is a kitchenette with two burners and an oven. There is no dishwasher. There is a working fireplace in the living room. There is a queen bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is a small terrace next to the entry door.

Ginestra (sleeps 4): A stone staircase leads to this apartment There is a kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven and fridge and a queen /twin bedroom with a hall bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a small sitting room with a sofa, flat screen TV and a small terrace nestled between the rooftops. There is also a queen bedroom on this floor with a bathroom with a large shower. Some windows have screens.

Lavanda (sleeps 2): This unit shares a large terrace with Ginestra and has a fireplace in the living room and kitchen plus a bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with shower. There is an internal door that can be opened into Ginestra. Some windows have screens.

Salvia (sleeps 4): The kitchen has a dishwasher, 4-burner stove and a small fridge and there is a huge terrace with sofa and chairs. The living room is down a few steps with another terrace from here and there is a queen bedroom with a hall showered bathroom plus a twin/king bedroom also with a bathroom with a shower. There are three exits to the terraces. Some windows have screens.

Household Amenities

All units have air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, ADSL (high-speed internet), safes, hairdryers and kitchens. Some have a fireplace. A baby bed, highchair and infant tub are available on request. Additional services are available for an additional fee including laundry, massage therapy, babysitter, extra cleaning, mountain bikes, chef and cooking classes. A continental breakfast is offered for an extra charge.

Outside Features

Each unit has a dedicated garden area with table, chairs and umbrella. Pool towels are provided. There is a large centrally located pool (45’5” x 22’7”) with a section just for kids. There are lots of chairs and loungers available. There is also a barbecue and near the common area there is a small gym with a sauna and weights. Wi-Fi is available (outside areas only).

Common Area: This area is open for breakfast, has foose ball, an outside covered sitting area and a dining room should you want to skip cooking.

Other Features

Heating is available at an additional cost as used. Three-night short stays are possible off-season as well as possible midweek start dates. There is a pay per load washing machine and dryer available, which includes soap and water softeners.

Location/Where to Go

Tennis courts 3 km, golf course 20 km, horseback riding 2 km, San Gimignano 20 minutes, Barbarino val d’Elsa 10 minutes, Siena 45 minutes, Florence 40 minutes, Lucca, Pisa, Montalcino each 1.5 hours. Bus service is available from Barbarino and Tavarnelle. There is an osteria in San Appiano which is 1 mile from Fiori. The Florence Siena highway if 4 km from the property.
