Georgio -sleeps 4 (upper floor apartment)

Queen with bathroom with tub and handheld shower, twin (can be made as a king) with showered bathroom, dining table, small, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher & fireplace. Can be connected with La Torre. 80 square meters.

Niccolo -sleeps 4 (ground floor & upper floor apartment)

King (or 2 twins) with canopy, queen bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, large kitchen with table opening onto a small terrace, large living room with 2 sofas. 84 square meters.

Francesco -sleeps 2 (apartment)

This is the smallest apartment but can be connected with Giovanni. Cozy living room, kitchen with table & chairs and a 2 burner stove. Queen bedroom and bathroom with tub and handheld shower. 34 square meters.

Giovanni -sleeps 4 (ground floor & upper floor apartment)

Living room with fireplace, large dining area, fully equipped kitchen. Queen bedroom upstairs with a downstairs bathroom with shower and a small gallery with desk & internet point. King (or 2 twins) bedroom with extra large bathroom and a possible additional bed. 80 square meters.

Ferdinando -sleeps 4 (ground floor & upper floor apartment)

One of the largest apartments. Living room, big kitchen with nice table & chairs, queen bedroom, bathroom with shower, french doors to terrace, another queen bedroom with a 4-poster bed, bathroom with tub & handheld shower and a 1/2 bath on the ground floor. This apartment is the most homelike. 100 square meters.

**All suite units in Locanda have a buffet breakfast included and served in the main building dining hall. Also a living room and 1/2 bath are available to Locanda residents and a gazebo and a BBQ in the garden area are also available.

I Noci -sleeps 2 (upper level Locanda suite)

King (or 2 twins) bedroom, small kitchen corner (no dishwasher) and a bathroom with tub and handheld shower. 35 square meters.

Cipressi -sleeps 2+1 (Locanda suite)

King (cannot be made into twins) bedroom, independent entrance, handicap facilities, mini bar, sofa bed, bathroom with hand held shower. Please note there are stairs to the common living room and dining area. 35 square meters.

Rose -sleeps 2+1 (ground floor Locanda suite)

Queen bedroom with french doors, bathroom with tub and handheld shower, sofa bed, mini bar. 35 square meters.

Olivi -sleeps 2 (upper floor Locanda suite)

Queen bedroom with 4-poster bed, bathroom with tub and handheld shower and a mini bar. This is a perfect honeymoon suite. 35 square meters.

Villa Caterina -sleeps 4 +2 (independent villa)

An independent house of about 1100 square feet which has it's back to all the other units for privacy. The first floor has a queen bedroom and showered bathroom and a king (or 2 twins) bedroom and bathroom with tub & hand held shower. Upstairs terrace, living room with daybed & fireplace, dining room, large kitchen with dishwasher, 1/2 bath, dining area on the front porch and a BBQ. 105 square meters.
