The
Locanda, consisting of 12 hotel rooms, is located at the entrance of
the privately owned hamlet featuring eight apartments. It was
completely restored over several years and finished in July 2003 using
the highest grade building materials. Every consideration was given to
keep traditional elements while including every comfort.

The
ground floor offers a comfortable sitting room and a breakfast room,
where a significant breakfast is served daily. Classical music brushes
up against you as you take in the quiet countryside. There are also
tables outside in nice weather.
Every bedroom can accommodate two people and each has a bathtub or
shower, mini-bar, satellite TV, safe, air conditioning, central
heating, telephone and Wi-Fi internet connection.
On request we serve lunch or dinner having a fixed menu that changes
every day carefully prepared by our cook Mrs. Roberta.
To top off your stay there is a fabulous pool (81'3" x 32'3") with
hydromassage and shower rooms and toilets at poolside plus towels and a
pool attendant most daytime hours. Gardens take up another 35,000
meters with fruit trees, 2,500 rose plants, 1,100 lavender, 800
rosemary plants and 600 ornamental shrubs. Join us under the Tuscan sun

Location/Where to Go
Within minutes you can visit
recently discovered sixth century Etruscan tombs and Cortona just about
the hamlet. Umbria 1.5 hours, Arezzo 30 minutes, Siena 45 minutes. Easy
access to major highway to Rome, Florence and Milan.
