Old Chapel:
All bedrooms in the chapel
have en suite bathrooms.
Mercurio has a queen bed, jacuzzi bath and separate shower.
Melogranohas a double bed, bathroom with tub & hand-held
shower, and a pool view.
Magnolia has a king (or 2 twins) bed, bathroom with tub &
hand-held shower, and a sun terrace.
Boar Hunting Lodge:
This building has 1000 year
old walls and beamed ceilings.
Venere has a queen bed, lots of windows, and a jacuzzi bath
with hand-held shower.
Trifoglio has a king (or 2 twins) bed, balcony overlooking a
courtyard, and a bathroom with a tub and hand-held shower.
Camelia has a queen bed, and a bathroom with a tub and hand
held shower.
Cipressohas a queen bed and a bathroom with a tub and hand
held shower.
Baico has a queen bed, views of the fountain, and a
bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and hand held shower.
The following rooms are
located around the original 17th century fountains and overlook
parkland.
Dianahas
a
king
(or 2 twins) bed and a luminous bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and
hand-held shower.
Giglio has a queen bed and a frescoed bath with a tub and
hand-held shower.
Ninfea has a king (or 2 twins) bed, trellised frescoes, and
a bathroom with a tub and hand-held shower.
Apollo has a queen bed and a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub
and hand-held shower.
There are also 4 additional
ground floor bathrooms in this building.
Living Space
There is an enormous amount of
living space to accommodate 24 guests. Fully equipped and inviting
kitchen, formal dining room, formal drawing room with fireplace and
satellite TV, office, music room with fireplace, card & billiard
room, wine library with a fine selection of Tuscan/Italian wines, sun
lounge/reading room, workout room, service area and laundry room, and
staff accommodation.

access & computer facilities, central music system which includes
CD, radio, cassette player & microphone, gym equipment, piano,
satellite TV with video player which offers European & American DVD
systems, and pool towels, hairdryers & bathrobes in each bedroom.
Outside Features
Flood light, salt water pool,
which measures 52' x 26' x 3'-6' deep, mountain bikes, huge ornamental
fish pool overlooked by a 17th century fountain, beautiful piazza.
Other Features:
Surveillance system,
individual temperature controlled heating and air conditioning in all
bedrooms, three housekeepers who also provide service for
buffet/continental breakfast. Chef will prepare either lunch or dinner
6 days each week at an additional charge. All food/groceries/provisions
for the meals is extra. Also possible for an additional cost are the
following: wine tasting, cooking classes, laundry & dry cleaning,
baby sitting, and massages in-house or nearby spa.
